Who we are
Renfrewshire Disability Arts Forum (RDAF) is a Scottish charity based at the Disability Resource Centre in Paisley. We exist to promote the welfare of people with a disability — chiefly through the arts, education and community activity.
Our activities are for children and young people, older people, and people with disabilities or health problems — and for anyone in the community who wants to take part.
Our purposes
As a registered charity, our work advances:
- the arts, heritage and culture
- education and health
- citizenship and community development
- equality and diversity
- the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability or other disadvantage
Our history
RDAF was registered as a Scottish charity on 21 February 2001. For more than two decades we have provided a welcoming creative space for disabled people in Renfrewshire, run by our members and volunteers with the support of our funders and friends.
